Shipping FAQ's

IMPORTANT UPDATE :
Lost / Missing / Damaged Deliveries
LOST / MISSING:
Hollywood Hair Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. It is the customer's responsibility to manage shipment delivery. Please arrange for your carrier to hold your package until you can pick it up if you will not be home during delivery. We will no longer replace deliveries that are lost or stolen once the carrier marks your items as "delivered"
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:
You must contact us within 7 days from the date it was delivered!
Hollywood Hair Bar will replace Damaged orders. Please email HeyLove@HollywoodHairBar.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the damaged item.
Shipping Transit Times
YAY!! We Now Offer Express & Priority Shipping for FAST Delivery!

All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time in addition to the carrier transit times.  

International orders will be processed during
the same time .

If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time starts on the following Monday- Tuesday

          Customer Responsibility

            It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed.  If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse.  If Hollywood Hair Bar reships your order you will be responsible
            for additional shipping costs.

              Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses

                We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.  Once your order is placed we cannot update your address. We have a system that confirms your shipping address via Google that will help you confirm the proper shipping address. If for some reason your shipping address is still not correct and your item is returned to our distribution center please email HeyLove@HollywoodHairBar.com One of our Customer Service Reps will issue you a store credit to purchase your order again and your order can be reshipped to the correct address.

                Customs and Import Taxes
                  Additional Fees & Taxes for International Orders (Outside the USA)
                  Hollywood Hair Bar INC. is a USA based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged by local economies.
                  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hollywood Hair Bar is not responsible for Country Import fees or
                  any delays due to customs.
